  1. Wow, that is a ton of books! By "recently," do you mean in the past 10 years?????!?!?!?

  2. Nine years as of this month. I log these mostly to remind myself what I've read, and how I liked it. I'm also an Amazon Vine reviewer, so yes I do review a ton of stuff, not all of it books.

  3. I'm impressed that you read and liked the Christopher Hayes book.

I'm not surprised that you're no longer in the middle of the political spectrum.

  4. Jim - I just saw your gracious review of my book - The Harvest - and wished to thank you for your words. In a life of ups and downs, you have certainly made this an "up" day for me. Take care - John Krygelski.

  5. Hi Jim- That is a HUGE achievement! You read in one month, what I typically read in a year. That's fantastic!

As an aside note, do you review on request? I published a novel on April 7th, and would love to have it read. If I am out of line, please disregard this, and accept my apologies.

    Have a great day!

    1. Hi Paul B Kohler. Sorry not to notice your comment sooner. I do a lot of reviews as an Amazon Vine reviewer, so yes, I'd definitely have to say I do review books on request. Congrats on publishing! My wife and I wrote several books about Commodore computers decades ago, and had our 15 minutes of semi-fame, and soon decided it was too much for us.

  6. Glad you enjoyed my book, The Hidden Truth. Please feel free to leave a review on Amazon, if you haven't already. Thanks! Hans

  7. Jim,

I appreciated your review of my first fantasy novel, The Summoned King. I've just published the second in the series, The Enchanter King. It's available on Kindle Unlimited, if it hasn't been so long that you've forgotten the first book :>) I hope you like it.

    Dave Neuendorf

    1. Excellent! I just downloaded it to read soon. Normally I'm more for sci-fi-fi than fantasy, but am currently reading and enjoying both Ariel by Steven R. Boyett and The Dragon King Collection by Stephen Lawhead, so perhaps I'm getting more interested in fantasy than I'd thought. Your first book was excellent!

    2. Thanks so much for your review. Yours is the first for this book, and gets it off to a good start. Now I've got to figure out plot details for the third and final book in the series. I'll try hard to get this on done before the end of the year.

Welcome! Feel free to disagree, but please try not to be disagreeable about it. Like my dad, I'm often wrong, but never in doubt.
